About the Kittrells

We realize that not everyone who supports us or visits our page will know the Kittrells! Thank you for stopping by! The Kittrells are: Jason Kittrell, Lauren Kittrell, Cale Kittrell, and Oliver Kittrell. As of January 2026, Jason and Lauren have been married for 21 years. Cale is sixteen, and Oliver is thirteen. Cale and Oliver homeschool, and are excited about serving the Lord in Ireland! Cale serves the Lord already by serving on the worship team with his violin!

Jason and Lauren both started serving the Lord at young ages. Lauren graduated high school at the age of sixteen and served that summer as the youngest ever Saluda Baptist Association missionary in Anderson, South Carolina. She traveled from church to church helping with Bible clubs and Vacation Bible School. She then interned at Concord Baptist Church in Anderson first in the children ministry and then in the student ministry. Lauren married Jason after that, and they began serving together. Meanwhile, Jason began serving in vocational ministry at the age of nineteen as the summer youth pastor of Steadman Baptist Church in Steadman, South Carolina. Jason served in several different churches in student ministry for ten and a half years before answering the Call to the pastorate. Jason served churches in South Carolina and North Carolina since 2012 as senior/lead/planting pastor, and now currently serves as a part time worship pastor at Overcome Church in Greenville, South Carolina as the Kittrells prepare for Ireland. Lauren earned her Bachelors in English and Business at North Greenville University, and her Masters in Counseling (LPC) at Liberty. Jason earned his Bachelors in Christian Studies (now called Christian Leadership) at North Greenville University, and his Masters in Christian Ministry at North Greenville as well.

Lauren now works as a licensed professional counselor in Travelers Rest, South Carolina through her own counseling practice, Sound Wellness. She has been serving as a mental health therapist for six years now. Her dog Tully (named for Tullamore, Ireland) often works with her in the therapy office to help people find hope and healing. Tully’s son, Buck (named for Buxton, North Carolina) works at Overcome Church where he is known as the hospitality pastor.

The Kittrells believe that the call to Ireland is a life-long call. The Kittrell boys imagine themselves living in Ireland long term, and Jason and Lauren are ready and willing to do whatever it takes to go and serve! They can’t do this alone, though! They need your help to get there! Would you please consider supporting us prayerfully and financially as we serve? Thank you so much for taking the time to find out about us and for being willing to help us serve the Lord!
